  • Membership services must be booked in, advanced through the Havana salon booking system. Appointments are suggested availability so we recommend booking ahead.

  • No. Membership services must be used between the applicable week of monthly billing cycle and do not roll over unless I specifically stated in your membership plan.

  • Or regular cancellation and no-show policy applied to all membership appointments. Like cancellation and no-shows may result in the service bank considered use and/ or applicable fees being charge

  • No. Membership are for the register member only and cannot be transferred or share with another person.

  • Yes. Contact the Hannah salon if you'd like to upgrade or change your membership. Change make affect with your next billing cycle.

  • Yes. Subject to the terms of your specific membership plan. Cancellations must be requested before your next billing date payments already processed are no refundable.

  • No. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other discount, promotions, packages, or special offers unless otherwise stated.
