SALON POLICY

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

** Is required to add a card on file for all clients. ( NO EXCEPTION)  to book an appointment for all services.

** Is required a secure deposit for all mobile appointments.(THIS DEPOST IS NOT NONREFUNDABLE ) If you cancel at any time.

 

** You will be charged full amount of appointment services if you cancel or if you are a  no show.

 

** MOBILE SERVICES have a travel fee based on your location, depending on distance this may apply or not and price may vary. If you have more than one service is one time only charge the travel fee per stylist.

 

**If we have to pay for parking, valet parking or any other fees related to parking be advice will add to your final bill.

 

*** FOR ANY MOBILE SERVICES OUT OF BUSINESS HOURS WILL BE A $50 FEE PER STYLIST.

 

** HOLIDAYS  OR SUNDAYS WILL BE A FEE  PER STYLIST 

 

1-Any client WITH NO EXCEPTION , when booking an appointment for any services ONLINE , if your late  10  minutes from your appointment time you will be charge $50 late fees.

2- If your are late 15 minutes after your appointment time you appointment will be cancel and you may reschedule. This will be take as a NO SHOW APPOINTMENT and you be charge the full amount of your appointment services.

3-Any client WITH NO EXCEPTION , when booking an appointment for any services,  if you are no show you will be charge the full amount on your services and your appt will be cancel.To  reschedule text us  or go back to website to book a new appointment date available


ARRIVAL TIME: We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.


HEALTH CONDITIONS: When you make your reservation, please make sure to inform us about any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your experience. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for you!

LOSS OR DAMAGE : We apologize, but we cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items.

RETAIL: To keep the experience going at home, you can find the products used in the treatments available for purchase right at the Salon. It's super convenient!


REFUND POLICY: If you have the products in their original, unused condition and the original packaging, along with proof of purchase, you can exchange them or receive a store credit within 7 days. Just keep in mind that items purchased on sale or at a discounted price may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
